Cancellations and Refunds
- Booking Cancellations by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The refund amount will depend on the time of cancellation before the scheduled departure or start date of the service:- More than 30 days in advance: Full refund with no penalty.
- 15-30 days in advance: 50% refund of the total amount.
- Less than 15 days in advance: No refund available.
- Booking Cancellations by Dreamy Traveler
In rare cases where we have to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the following options:- A full refund of the amount paid.
- The option to reschedule the tour or service to another date (if available).
- Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that certain fees, such as processing charges or non-refundable deposits, may not be eligible for a refund. These fees will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Returns
If you have received a physical product from us (such as travel accessories, brochures, etc.) and wish to return it, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- You request the return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@dreamytraveler.city. Once we have confirmed the eligibility of the return, we will provide instructions for returning the product and processing the refund.
